My name is David Watson and have been with Unity since early 2019 as the Service Coordinator for Empower West over in Dalmuir. I have worked in social care, in many different roles for almost 20 years and have worked with people who have physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and people who are often seen as extremely challenging.
I am hoping that through all of the skills that I have learned over the years and vast experiences that I have had in my different roles, that I have a great deal to offer at Empower West both in terms of service users and the staff team there.
My aim is always to ensure that everyone has the best possible outcomes through being a part of Unity & Empower, in whatever capacity they participate. I also try to ensure that each day has fulfilment and fun and that everyone wants to be there!
