Hi, I’m Josephine, and I am the Employability Lead for Unity.
I am still quite new to the company but already I have been made to feel really welcome and have loved getting to know everyone.
My role is to design and establish the delivery and growth of our employability programme… ‘Unity Works’. This programme provides tailored employment support for adults and young people across the West of Scotland experiencing barriers towards progression, or who are looking to find suitable training, education, voluntary work or paid employment. Our participants are supported to gain recognised qualifications relevant to their goals and abilities, to develop vocational skills, and to take clear steps towards suitable and sustainable outcomes.
People have described me as enthusiastic, determined and driven. In my spare time I love to spend time with my daughter, my dog, and friends. I also love to travel and my dream would be to visit every country in the world. ✨
